NICE står for Nordic Initiative, Clean and Ethical.

The Nordic Fashion Association ble grunnlagt 2008, etter at Danish Fashion Institute, Oslo Fashion Week, The Swedish Fashion Council, Helsinki Design Week og Iceland’s Fashion Council startet samarbeidet med The Nordic Council of Ministers for å lansere Nordic Look under Riga Fashion Week.

Resultatet er et unikt samarbeid der de 5 nordiske organisasjonene søker å påvirke sine respektive industrier til å oppdre ansvarlig og bærekraftig gjennom klimavennlige produksjonsmetoder.
